Redcage PRO

Redcage PRO is a scientifically designed superworkout program for professional sports persons .


It is designed to increase functional strength, core stability, endurance, agility and flexibility.

As part of the program, Redcage coaches work closely with your sports coach, nutritionist and doctor to customise a training program to boost performance in your chosen sport. We work with athletes across sports as varied as football, tennis, running, cricket badminton and MMA.

Redcage PRO is open to all sports persons.

TRAINING FACILITIES

At Redcage, you train in a facility built for international athletes.The guided workouts use functional training equipment like kettlebells, suspension training, saddlebags, slam balls, nets, tyres, rigs, dumbbells, barbells, free weights, ropes and Bulgarian bags. You also work with Olympic-grade bars, plates, dumbbells and advanced strength training machines for targeted body part workouts.


The TRAINERS

All our trainers are certified athletes or coaches with a background in sports science. The program includes expert supervision, motivation and progress monitoring.
